The department

TeleSales is a new initiative at our Client and fits in with the strategic goal of becoming a true multi-channel sales and marketing organization. The main objective of the TelesSales department is the new customer acquisition and support of the direct sales team in getting appointments with decision makers. The new established TeleSales Department consists of 3 Representatives based in The Netherlands, 1 in the USA. The TeleSales Representative German markets will report to the Sales Marketing Director.


The position

As TelesSales Representative you will be assigned to outbound telesales campaigns with the objective to identify and qualify opportunities with prospects and ex customers of our Client. For each campaign a selling proposition will be developed which will be used to generate interest with the decision maker and help the TeleSales Representative to engage into a sales talk over the phone. Depending on the proposition the goal will be to close deals over the phone or to set up appointments for our direct sales managers once the opportunity has been professionally qualified by the TeleSales expert.

Main tasks:


Your profile

You have a higher education level qualification (Bachelor) and at least two years working experience in a comparable environment. You are sales driven, a commercial thinker. You have excellent telephone sales skills and the ability to use own initiative to ensure success. You have experience with CRM solution (Salesforce is a plus). Experience in coordinating campaigns and a small team are a plus. You are a German native speaker with English as a second language.
