Our client is one of the UK’s leading integrated energy company, supplying gas, electricity and related services to residential and business customers.
This is an organisation with over 70,000 employees supplying over 16 million customers. An organisation with stringent processes and procedures.
Due to growth of the organisation, our client is looking for a Telesales Specialise Advisor to support its dynamic, professional and vibrant team with responsibility for contributing to the end to end Sales process for both Power and Gas. You will be dealing with escalated customer queries and complaints, supporting data cleanse activity, managing the SME objections and exceptions process and ensuring alignment of Sales and Billing systems in relation to contract rates to ensure accurate customer billing. You will analyse the performance of specific processes, investigate process failures and pro-actively identify solutions, recommending improvements to ensure effective delivery of team targets and providing weekly and monthly reports to channel management to ensure workloads are appropriately managed and performance standards are met.
Thats' why you must have excellent IT skills and an analytical mind with strong experience of data analysis and process improvement, along with great communication skills and the ability to absorb complex information from various sources and mediums, and translate appropriately for specific audiences
