Telesales Team Leader
TELESALES TEAM LEADER required to work for a financially secure environment, with a progressive and expanding company. This is a hand on role that requires you to make outbound sales calls as well as manage a team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
· Manage a team of 5-6 sales advisors on a daily basis
· Motivate and Lead by example
· Report figures on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
· Contacting a database and building a rapport with gate keepers and decision makers.
· Using manual dialling to make prospective calls to book external appointments.
· Cold calling involved
· Sending out marketing material where relevant
· Following up calls through diary management
· Working towards set weekly and monthly targets
Hours: Monday to Friday 8 and half hours between the hours of 8:00am and 5:30pm
Salary: Starting Salary £20,000 per annum plus a generous bonus structure
To be considered for this role you will be required to demonstrate the following:
- All candidates will have to be happy to make outbound calls on a daily basis.
- You will be expected to have drive, passion and the ability to take the knock-backs that occur in the telesales industry.
- You will be required to book appointments for field-based staff to sell a school-based product around the Country.
- Previous Telesales and Team Leader experience (outbound, cold calling) is essential to apply for this role.
- Must have a proven track record of achieving targets. Professional, confident, articulate telephone manner is necessary
- IT literate (MS Outlook for emails and MS Word)
