Telesales Advisor - Milton Keynes - £22,500 + Un Capped commission + benefits ( OTE £35K)
Are you a sales orientated individual with a proven track record in outbound telesales or advising on financial products over the phone ? If so we have fabulous opportunities for outbound telesales advisors working for a best of breed company which is well established and expanding .
This role would suit an experienced outbound telesales/sales advisor who is used to working in an high activity capacity and who has achieved a high individual sales record . You must be professional, tenacious, eloquent and intelligent with the ability to pick up information quickly. Duties will be:
- Strive for a high conversion of sales and maximising every lead
- Provide quotation service for customers online through in-bound callers
- Ensure all appropriate sales information is entered on the CRM database
- Continually generate competitive and varied offers to clients
- Making out-bound calls to follow up enquiries and persuade client decisions on insurance
- Work in conjunction with sales team to provide effortless sales skills and efficiency to clients
- Partake in continual sales training programmes identified by your line manager
- Strive to achieve personal and team KPI's, exceeding targets.
Our client is looking for a sales advisor who is educated to an "A-level" qualification and has experience within financial services and products. You must display solid experience within a sales environment and have high customer service levels. You will be passionate about building new business and providing high levels of service.
