TEM Project/Programme Manager
Barclays Investment Banking are urgently looking for a Project/Programme Manager to work on the Management of a Telecoms Expense management programme. The TEM programme will implement the TEM Managed Service solution across the group by centralising inventory, processes and reporting. This role will be responsible for all of the project management and all reporting requirements which have to be managed inline with PMO standards. The main duties of the role will be to manage core project documentation, on-board the selected provider to all business units, Manage Vendor relationship, create project baseline plans, and managing multiple programmes at anyone time to timeline and to budget.
You must have strong experience using TEM, have a solid Project/Programme management background with a proven track record managing large global TEM programmes, and experience managing external TEM vendors. You will need to be very competent using MS Suite of tools, including PowerPoint, Excel to produce pivot tables, metrics, charts etc, MS Project to plan creations/maintaining, and Visio.
