SI Program Manager

Main Job Purpose

· To take total accountability for planning, structuring, leading and executing system integrator (SI) projects of high risk and complexity.

You will be expected to:

• Have experience implementing Temenos's products(s). Understand and verify requirements and business processes.
• Work with other vendors, customer stakeholders to schedule and manage complex IT projects
• Develop, detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures and financials
• Identify cross-project dependencies and risks, and manage project financials.
• Responsible for project progress by managing project schedules, dependencies, risks, and issues; providing quality assurance checks to ensure adherence to organizational standards.
• Briefings to customer and management boards on project status and progress will be required. This person must be able to work well both independently and as part of a team.

You will have:

• Experience in delivering projects in the Mining or Chemical/Petroleum space would be ideal
• Complex IT project implementation experience in a PM role
• Experience in establishing a Governance/Project structure and reporting
• PMI Certified
• Ability to provide cost and schedule performance analysis.
• Ability to provide risk management and dependency impact analysis.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong Project / Program Management delivery experience;
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks against set deadlines;
• Experience in managing IT system transitions and deployment
