Temenos T24 Architect recruitment
Our client a leading Private Bank requires an experienced Temenos T24 Architect to join their team in Guernsey to review and analyse current and future system architecture, develop and maintain key principles and guidelines for the architecture of the T24 application and also investigate, install and configure core modules, take responsibility for developing local solutions to business problems and communicate and discuss the architecture with the stakeholders.
The role itself is very generic role and applicants need to demonstrate that they understand 'T24' as a whole not necessarily all of the modules, but have strong business knowledge, the ability to architect the system (manage the business requests against what is right for the system) and be prepared to get their hands dirty with fixes and enhancements under peak periods.
~ Determine the companies T24 strategy
~ Manage core application installation and configuration
~ Provide guidance to the Change Management team and business sponsors
~ Provide an interface between the business and external software vendors
~ Investigate and recommend new applications and business solutions
~ Effectively liaise with software vendors/suppliers to utilise best use of our support arrangements
~ Ensure all systems are fully documented and maintain documentation to a professional level
~ Develop, debug and test jBASE Basic routines
~ Create and maintain existing enquiries/versions
~ Manage out of hours projects, upgrades etc
~ Communicate with external maintenance services
~ Document fixes for audit purposes
~ Comply with the IT change management process
~ Support and mentor other members of the team
Applicants must demonstrate strong T24 Application experience, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills, be able to strategically think and plan thinking/planning and have a willingness to learn new modules
All applicants should be in possession of a valid right to work document and be legally qualified to reside in Guernsey.
