Temp. Business Analyst Job in Cambridge 02139, Massachusetts US
Temp. Contract, 3 Months +
The Business Analyst position's primary job focus is in coordination with colleagues in the Drug Development (Clinical, Data Management, and Medical Affairs) and Quality Assurance business areas. Working with personnel in those areas this person will identify and define business process needs and requirements, develop resultant business processes, and identify potential systems solutions. The Business Analyst will also support the implementation and deployment of these solutions across Vertex's global sites. This person will also advise the business area regarding industry best practices, systems and solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in, Business, Management, Science, Technology, Engineering
- Functional knowledge of and a minimum 5 experience with Pharmaceutical industries activities in an FDA regulated environment
Strong skills in the areas of team facilitation, process mapping, solutions requirements gathering and problem solving
Knowledge of and experience with cGXP Software Validation, applicable FDA regulations and ICH guidelines
Experience with following systems: Quma, SAS, PhaseForward Product
suite, Documentum (or any leading EDMS)
