For this Delegate Sales for this leading Publishing and Communications Company - which serves the global media and marketing industry, you will have a proven track record in either a sales role within an events of publishing environment. If you have sales experience, you will need to demonstrate a key drive for sales, with lots of energy, confidence, and will be motivated by incentives and targets. For this delegate sales role you will possess a confident and concise telephone manner and proven ability to communicate with senior personnel both on email and telephone, as well as Impeccable written and verbal communication skills and client service intuition.

The Role

Our client is looking for someone to call through all previous delegates to encourage event attendance. Suggest and implement new delegate ticket offers such as Early Bird offers. Increase the number of group booking across our paid for events and develop strong relationships with key personnel responsible for group bookings to encourage strong re booking figures. Work closely with the events team to gain valuable feedback from the delegates on-site and post event through structured and ad hoc research tactics. Work closely with the marketing team to maximise effectiveness of delegate promotions Work with our partners and sponsors to encourage delegate registration. Ensure strong customer service focus at all times dealing with any delegate queries promptly and
