Temp Finance Business Partner Retail Banking
This position gives the opportunity to work alongside a forward thinking and talented management team within a strong financial services business.
Key Responsibilities:
· Uses a consultancy approach varied techniques to solve problems to better current and future business performance.
· Leading the development of appropriate tools, processes and reporting to enable good quality support for business performance management and decision making activities.
· Responding to requests from senior stakeholders in Retail Banking, Group Finance for analysis.
· Working closely with the wider finance team on change projects to implement change operationally across business processes, people and technology.
Key Requirements:
· ACA qualified or equivalent.
· Excellent interpersonal skills.
· Experience in financial services.
· Experience with business performance drivers.
