Temp to Perm Group Accountant
Excellent temp-to-perm opportunity in an acquisitive, expanding international group for a qualified ACA or ACCA. The initial remit is working on a key mergers and acquisitions project - but will after 6 months grow into a broad and challenging Group Accounting role.
Initial project duties will include:
· Assisting with a large scale acquisition in an MA role
· Working without supervision to undertake due diligence on financial and operational aspects of the target.
· Liaising with legal teams, accounting teams and relevant third parties in order to obtain information/ assess risk areas etc.
· Processing, organising and analysing information received from target to assess impact on the acquisition.
· Reviewing junior team members work.
· Assisting with the project management of the acquisition.
