TEMP to Perm - Trademark Paralegal
Kelly Law Registry, New England's TOP Legal Recruiter, is seeking an experienced temporary Trademark Paralegal for our Milford, CT client. Position could become permanent for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting responses to office actions, conducting trademark searches, drafting search opinions based upon the trademark searches and handling oppositions before the TTAB. This individual will also be responsible for overall maintenance of trademark portfolios, including docketing future deadlines and watching for deadlines already entered into the docket. Special consideration will be given to a candidate having experience conducting trademark searches and drafting responses to 2d refusals.
