Temporary Accounts Assistant

Our client, a successful professional services organisation in the Poole area is looking for a driven and motivated individual to join their well-established finance team. This is a ongoing temporary role.

The main purpose of this role is to support the Accounts Manager and ensure the smooth running of the accounting function through accounts administration supervision.

The key duties include; bank reconciliation's, collation authorisation of invoices, generation of reports, chasing outstanding information/payments, database maintenance record keeping, dealing direct with internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have; prior accounting experience in a similar role, sage line 50 experience, strong computer skills, excellent communication skills time management and the ability to work as a team member.
