Temporary Administrative SAP Support Job in Toronto, Ontario Canada
Job Location: Toronto
Purpose:
The Temporary Administrative SAP Support is responsible for ensuring resident satisfaction by carrying out the administration of resident accounts, professional communication and services to internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Audit new leases enter information into system prepare new resident package.
- Review notices of termination enter information into system reconcile account prepare acknowledgement correspondence.
- Enter payments review resident accounts follow-up with delinquent accounts forward appropriate files to Property Manager for legal action.
- Receive inquiries and maintenance requests from residents enter information into system forward information to appropriate party for action.
- Reconciles resident accounts, arranges collection or refunds as appropriate and advises residents of status of account.
- Issues identification pass cards, locker and mailbox keys, maintains manuals or computerized lists and advises the Maintenance and Concierge personnel of additions and terminations.
- Inspects property periodically with the Property Manager and may direct maintenance staff to undertake specific duties.
- Prepares work orders and scheduling both for in-house staff and contractors as per maintenance policy as directed by the Property Manager.
- Prepares purchase orders for approval by Manager and orders all necessary supplies for office.
- Matches work and purchase orders to invoices and checks quantities, prices duplication, etc. and submits to the Property Manager for approval.
- Receives and processes monthly charge payments.
- Follows up on arrears, prepares reminder letters, lien letters and power of sale notices to the owners and lawyers in conjunction with the Property Manager.
- Prepares on-going aging of monthly arrears. Banks the maintenance fee payments and other payments as required.
- Other duties as deemed necessary by management
- Must have strong computer skills and SAP software knowledge and experience
- Would be an asset to have supported a SAP conversion in the past
