Shift pattern of Monday - Friday between 8.30am and 7pm in addition to some Saturdays.
We are currently recruiting for multiple temporary roles for one of the largest brokers in the UK, based in Leeds City Centre. Offering outstanding brokerage services, this company is looking to expand their account management team.
The role will involve learning the background of this business and industry to ensure the best possible service to their clients, so a strong interest / previous knowledge of brokerage services is highly desirable. Successful candidates will have an excellent telephone manner and a passion for customer service.
You will be taking inbound calls from clients and providing expert assistance to provide exceptional customer service at all time. Handling a wide range of complex queries you will be an expert for the business and be able to use initiative to resolve these in a professional and timely manner.
