We are looking for a hard working individual to provide excellent service

to our customers, homes and neighbourhoods.

 

Using your ability to manage a varied workload and achieve challenging

targets you will manage specified tenancy requirements including rent

collection, income recovery, void turnaround, estate inspections and

tenancy/lease enquiries.

 

You will have the ability to deal calmly and positively with challenging

situations and to build and manage effective relationships with internal

and external customers to support excellent service delivery.

 

Using your proven ability to contribute positively to team responsibilities,

performance and outcomes, you will manage and develop people where

responsible, ensuring motivation and effective performance through

regular supervisions and appraisals.

 

You will be responsible for setting and monitoring service charges and

will assist in the management of budgets and expenditure to achieve

value for money. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written

communications and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
