Temporary Operations Assistant recruitment

We are seeking a temporary operations administrative assistant to assist OptionsHouse in numerous day to day tasks. The position entails team work, efficiency, attention to detail, patience, problem solving and the ability to change gears from one work load to another at a minute’s notice. The candidate will work with many different departments, (i.e. operations, customer service, new accounts).

Responsibilities:

Provide the Operations team with support performing the following tasks:
• Reconciling Banking Relationships
• Processing Retail Client account updates
• Closing Accounts
• Filing
• Printing and mailing customer applications
• Outgoing Mail Correspondents to Clients

Requirements:
• Must have the ability to work in a fast-pace, time-sensitive, team environment
• High performance and integrity levels with proven experience as a strong team player

• Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal/ written interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer proficiency in MS Suite programs (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn new software
