Lehigh Hanson is seeking a qualified Temporary Operations Specialist (1 year assignment) for its Charlotte, NC location. The Operations Specialist will be responsible for assisting in financial analysis, month end reporting, business analysis, and capital project analysis for our Building Products division.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES and TASKS:
1. Establish, review, and analyze monthly performance measures (including staffing, crewing, material usage, efficiency etc.)
2. Prepare weekly and monthly sales and production reports
3. Monthly cost savings tracking and monitoring
4. Collection and analysis of market and sales date
5. Capital submission, tracking, and forecasting
6. Annual Budgeting and quarterly forecasting
7. Month end and ADHOC reporting
8. Miscellaneous project based analysis

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. 2+ years of experience in a financial or business analysis role
2. Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
3. Strong Intermediate Excel skills
4. Ability to communicate with different departments with in the company
5. Ability to multitask and strong attention to detail
6. Experience with Hyperion S Base or similar analysis technology
