Temporary PA Job in Lewes, Southern UK

Our client is looking to recruit a Temporary PA to provide a comprehensive range of administrative and secretarial support to the Head of Department and Deputy Managing Director.

The Role:

Provide a personal assistant service to the Head of Department Deputy Managing Director

Diary management

Organise meetings

Minute meetings

Accurately record staff annual leave, sickness absence study leave

Act as central point of contact in department for all queries enquiries

Develop manage administrative processes required to support the work of the department, undertaking specific projects as required

Manage the admin support team

Skills Experience:

Excellent communication and presentation skills

High level of proficiency in office administration and computing

Previous PA/ Secretarial experience

Previous experience of working within a clinical/ medical environment
