Temporary Part-Time Bookkeeper - Media (Publishing) - Based In Central London
This bright and buzzing SME Publishing Company based in Central London are looking to recruit a Part-Time Bookkeeper on an initial 3 month temporary basis. The roles will be 3 full days work and the company are flexible on when these 3 days are taken. Ideally this role will suit someone who is studying or looking to study while gaining practical on the job experience. For the right person this role could become full-time and potentially permanent after the initial temporary work.
Day-to-day duties
· Credit control
· Post purchase invoices and staff expenses onto Sage Line 50
· Supplier statement reconciliations
· Prepare weekly payment run for senior accountant
· Post bank statements and credit card statements
· Bank reconciliations
· Maintain the filing system
Other Information
· Sage Line 50 required
