Position Responsibilities:
• Design, implementation and support of automation and control system projects from their initial planning and conceptual stage through installation, commissioning, start-up, and acceptance by operating management.
• Hardware/Software system design and application programming per functional requirements of project.
Experience Required:
• 5 – 10+ years experience in industrial process control systems.
• Extensive field control system commissioning experience.
• 5 yrs project management experience.
• Proficient in PLC, HMI, and SCADA design, and application development.
• Working knowledge of industrial communication protocols, networks, data acquisition, and relational database concepts.
• Ability to develop control system proposals including, hardware, software design, instrumentation specification, installation cost, and project commissioning plan.
• Experience with ControlLogix platform, RsLogix 5000, RsViewME, RsView32, RSSQL, RsLinx, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Visual Basic, and OPC.
Preferred:
• S88 Batching system integration, development and standards.
• Liquid filling packaging line, and pigging system integration.
• Inductive Automation Ignition software system integration.
Education Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Computer, or Chemical Engineering.
