Temporary to Permanent Sole Charge Assistant Accountant (initial AP Focus)- Media Events Company - Central London
My client a buzzing media events company are looking to take someone on a temporary to permanent basis, to cover their whole accounts payable function and then to progress and take on more responsibility. The client has just moved onto Netsuite and is looking for someone who can take charge of the accounts payable covering:
* Processing invoices; low volumes per week - high accuracy required
* Employee expenses: credit card statements, managing cash-flow and credit card reconciliation's
* Reconciliation work: bank and supplier statement
Additional responsibilities long term:
* Assisting the Management Accountant - accruals and prepayments
* Reviewing expenditure in relation to budgets and forecasts
There is potential for the role to expand and take on more responsibility in the long term. Giving the right person a chance to get involved in management accounts work such as; accruals and prepayments, alongside fixed asset register work.
