You will be responsible for providing support for the planning and coordinating of the tradeshow program for North America. OSRAM SYLVANIA is the #1 lighting manufacturer in North America and a worldwide leader in lighting solutions. Our products feature innovative design and energy saving technology. We sell products for homes, businesses and vehicles primarily under the SYLVANIA brand name in the US, and operate under the OSRAM brand in Europe, China and beyond. Around 60 percent of sales come from energy-efficient products. This position is a temporary position lasting at least 3 months. The selected candidate will receive payroll through an agency. In this role, you will develop and maintain good working relationships with internal/external customers, as well as a professional image for OSRAM SYLVANIA. This position requires someone who can multi-task while being detail oriented. Other responsibilities include: - Support the trade show team by gathering post show leads and input from booth staff - Create post show reports on show effectiveness - Attend internal planning meetings and assist with meeting details - Data entry and tracking of the corporate trade show schedule - Take phone calls and emails from external and internal customers - Support inventory control of all trade show materials - Support relationships with exhibit vendors, labor vendors and shipping vendors - Provide ad hoc administrative support to trade show Requirements: Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Events- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to adapt to ever-changing environment - Ability to resolve conflicts efficiently and amiably - Strong oral and written skills - Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point - Self motivated; Self Starter; Positive Attitude Joining our team will provide you with invaluable corporate experience at an international company.
