Temporary Warranty Guarantee Portfolio Administrator
Kelly Law Registry, New England's TOP Legal Recruiter, is currently seeking an experienced Paralegal or someone with an insurance claims background to assist on a temporary project handling warranty and guarantee claims for our Glastonbury, CT client. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Managing and administering a portfolio of warranties and guarantees that exist with customers; Proactive management of the risk profile for warranty and guarantees in order to protect the company; Supporting the regional customer teams with advice and information regarding the warranty and guarantees that exist with their customers; Supporting the financial teams in correctly accruing for exposure and reconciling any claims made to adjust accruals held; Administering any commercial authorizations within the business relating to warranty and guarantees, ensuring that sufficient commercial coverage is maintained within the business; Ensuring online warranty claim system operates efficiently and effectively and develop and implement improvements where practicable. Qualifications/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field coupled with 2-5 years of experience in warranty, project management, finance or customer support. Must be motivated and comfortable with setting their own milestones to complete the tasks you have responsibility for with little or no supervision. Must have strong communication skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships with both internal and external customers. Demonstrated combination of business acumen, program management skills and product awareness. Strong analytical skills to support processing of warranty and guarantee claims.
