This award winning national law firm has excellent market positioning as a leader within a niche sector. It provides an excellent alternative to central London firms.
This is a proactive results orientated business development team and the tenders coordinator will work closely with partners and the firms external bid adviser to deliver high quality tenders and presentations. You will host kick off meetings and put in place a time line for tender deliver including business development bulletins on tender status. Preparing CVs and team sheets and ensuring that all documentation and credentials are up to date is an integral part to the role. For the bids themselves you will also edit, format and on occasion draft tender documents as well as updating the CRM system on the tender activity. You will also coach PA's to assist in the tender process.
