Job Description:
The role holder is the single point of contact for the business / domain function(s) that the role is responsible for globally.
- Ensures the delivery of technology solutions to agreed cost, service and risk targets.
- Develops and executes world-class technology that drives the business agenda - starting with strategy and architecture design, through to project initiation, and delivery.
Key Roles Responsibilities:
Delivery -
- Manages the delivery of multi - country and multi - product projects
- End to End accountability for the delivery of change portfolio solutions to agreed time, Cost, quality and scope within accepted risk parameters
- Ensures process, standards and risk compliance (including security, regulatory and audit requirements) are met
Financials/Resource Allocation
- Actively manage the demand and supply of the delivery resources
- Ensures that the project budgets are met
Strategy Innovation.
Stakeholder Vendor Management -
- Engages senior management in the business to ensure alignment and project success
- Manages internal stakeholders through effective communication and delivery of expectations
- Ensures high quality of service at the right price by managing vendors within the vendor management framework
