Territory Manager

Looking for an aggressive, go-getter, who enjoys the thrill of the hunt and is motivated by uncapped earning potential. As a Sales Executive (SE), you will have the opportunity to grow the territory primarily through securing new business as well as up selling and cross-selling existing accounts, and retaining renewal revenue within small law firms that have 1-50 attorneys. This person will work individually as well as work within a team environment in order to drive all LexisNexis Solutions within the assigned territory. The SE will be reponsible for collaborating/partnering with telephonic resources, Solutions Consultant, Client Development Field Specialist, and Market Planning to drive new business and revenue goals.  This territory is includes Atlanta, GA. The SE must reside within the territory. This is a fast-paced, high activity sales environment that required the ability to sell in a highly prefessional sales environment.

 

Key Accountabilities:

1. Takes the lead with account team with territory planning for all solution lines.

2. Effectively prioritize accounts based upon action planning to determine proper allocation of resources needed.

3. Meet or exceed full year new business, revenue, and solution line goals.Collaborates/partners with telephonic resources, Solutions Consultant, Client Development Field Specialist, and Market Planning to drive new business and revenue goals. Maintain and utilize available sales tools.

4. Provide accurate forecasts and grow business.

5. Network and build relationships within territory in order to further business relationship and initiate lead generation.
