Hays Healthcare are currently working with a ground-breaking Mobile Technology Diabetes Management company who are seeking an outstanding individual to join their team.

This job will entail you to plan and carry out direct sales activities to maintain and develop Accounts by targeting Diabetes Centres, PCT's and Private Centres. This will involve building and maintaining business relationships with KOL's, clinicians, diabetes nurses, dieticians and Business Managers whilst consistently promoting the company brand and vision.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Prepare and plan annual sales forecasts by territory
· Provide monthly and quarterly reports detailing performance against forecasts current and future, sales performance against targets, competitor information
· Make accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations
· Arrange appointments with key decision makers, which will include pre-arranged appointments
· Attend and participate in sales meetings, training, and exhibitions to gain and maintain thorough knowledge of diabetes, competition and emerging technology
· Keep up to date with the latest diabetes clinical data
· Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
· Provide appropriate training in conjunction with the Diabetes Clinical Specialists of the system to Healthcare professionals as needed.

Requirements

· Degree in business, science, nursing or marketing
OR
· Strong business experience in Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals or Diabetes related company
· Good understanding of diabetes management
· Strong sales record
· A good understanding of the UK healthcare system, regulatory framework, reimbursement and procurement processes.
· Well presented and businesslike.
