Territory Manager

Reporting into a regional Sales Manager and working closely with a focused team of TM's and Clinical Support professionals you will be given an existing group of surgeons  to maintain and an area with lots of potential to pursue growth opportunities by converting surgeons currently using competitor systems.  If you enjoy hunting for new business and being rewarded financially for doing so then this role is perfect for you.

Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate they have a success orientated approach in their sales career, which must also show commitment to roles and stable tenure. A background in hospital sales with devices sold into surgeons in theatre would be considered ideal, orthopaedics or spine would be highly regarded but not as essential as the right sales approach which can be combined with product training and support.

You will enjoy pushing yourself further and harder than the average sales Territory Manager in the orthopaedic spine markets, as you can see the rewards are there to be had and want the recognition of peers, management and most of all your customer.

Remuneration package includes base ( depends on experience levels ), $20k car allowance and would be all up – circa $140-150k OTE when incentives are included for good performers, more for superstars who can build and grow their surgeon base.
