Territory Manager - Austin, TX
GAINSCO Auto Insurance markets non-standard private passenger automobile products through retail agencies in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico and South Carolina. GAINSCO Auto Insurance has fully integrated insurance capabilities, including marketing, underwriting, customer service and claims handling. Our operations are bilingual (English/Spanish).
Responsibilities:
- Business development throughout the assigned territory
- Acquiring sales through the Independent Agency channel
- Building and maintaining relationships with independent agents and accounts
- Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships
- Appointing new agents and managing key initiatives
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential agents; discovering and exploring opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Up to 100% Travel required
