The Role- Our Client is currently recruiting for a Territory Manager to cover North Thames territory. The role requires the right candidate to sell our clients healthcare products into the Private and NHS Sector. You will be working individually and collectively within a group to identify, generate and maintain sales growth as well as sustain high levels of customer service.
Responsibilities-
- To deliver sales targets as set by the company, and raise the profile of the company.
- Maintain and Implement the territory business plan, as well as attend and contribute to sales meetings.
- To develop and become an expert in relevant products, marketing strategies and liaise with sales manager on various customer developments and competitor activity.
- To increase sales growth by following up sales leads, analysing the territory and market to identify new business opportunities.
Key Skills and Experience
- Display a strong sales background preferably within Healthcare arena, preferably within the orthopaedics or within a similar specialist therapy area within secondary care.
- Posses strong organising and planning skills, as well as have good literacy and numerical and be IT literate.
-The right person must have achieved sales targets on a consistent basis, and you must have the ability to self motivate, be passionate and a professional communicator.
-You will have a 'will do' attitude and someone looking to prove themselves within a fast growing environment. .
