The Role
The Territory Manager Position will be responsible for developing new business in their assigned territory and ensuring high levels of retention through excellent customer service. This will be achieved by winning competitive accounts, closing sales from passed incoming leads, and managing pre-existing relationships with our current customers. The territory manager is the consistent representative that a customer contacts, although they will work closely with other departments to ensure strong customer service and flawless tour production.

· Degree(s): Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science
· Years of experience required: 1-2 years sales experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Drive new sales through working with prospective educators
- Define territory trends and develop sales strategy in order to grow market share
- Provide competitive market intelligence
- Forecast sales with consistent and accurate sales reporting
- Maintain and improve repeat customer rate within the territory
- Organize and execute minimal visits to territory including sales meetings, external networking functions, and events
- Work with cross-functional teams and build strong internal relationships
- Maintain relationships with existing customers responsible for repeat sales
