Sales Territory Representative – OH, WV

 Desired Skills Experience 

This role is responsible for achieving the targeted sales revenue objectives through the successful implementation of Customer Care goals, including developing and maintaining the business relationships within the assigned territory. The territory representative will provide surgical support of Baha, Vista Fix and Cochlear Implants and be able to effectively program the Baha Product line, read audiograms, and educate Audiologists on programming of this device and troubleshooting.

 

Key Incumbent Requirements: Minimum

 

·        Bachelor’s Degree Required

·        Prior surgical sales and or experience in Hearing healthcare.

·        2 -3 years’ proven success in medical device sales.

·        Relationships with OR personnel, Purchasing personnel, and Finance departments preferred.

·        Demonstrated Contract and pricing negotiation experience.

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Highly effective presentation skills.

·        Able to travel extensively (up to 60%).

·        Ability to work within a team setting

 

 

Key Incumbent Requirements: Ideal

·        Prior sales experience in hearing healthcare.
