TERRITORY SALES – Environmental Green Sector Job in Darlington, Tyne

AREA SALES REPRESENTATIVE / TERRITORY SALES / CONSULTATIVE FIELD SALES - Environmental Green Sector.

BASIC OTE: £20k basic + High OTE of £60/80K - transparent commission structure and accelerator.
PACKAGE: uncapped OTE £45K (1st year) - £60/80K (2nd/3rd years) - Genuine high commission levels due the industry being led by need and legislation.
PLUS: Car, laptop, mobile, home office set up.

LOCATION
-North East-Durham, Teeside, Darlington, Sunderland etc

JOB OUTLINE: Suits a strong new business led business to business field / territory sales background. Must possess tenacity, confident attitude and proven territory management skills. Industry experience is NOT necessary. Please apply if you have proven area sales / field sales / territory sales in Hygiene Services, Office Supplies, Advertising, Directories, Media, Business Services, Construction / Building Sector, Health Safety Employment Law, Capital Equipment, Franking Machine, Facilities Management or similar business to business sectors.

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING;
- Proven field sales and face to face sales experience and territory management skills.
- Strong sales negotiation, objection handling and closing skills.
- Must be new business focused and enjoy sourcing new business and networking for new clients.
- Must enjoy sourcing own leads, prospecting and cold calling via a structured sales approach.
- Ability to negotiate for large contracts confidence to negotiate with senior decision makers.
- Excellent understanding and application of the sales cycle, especially long sales processes.
- A naturally confident and personable sales approach and positive, upbeat outlook on sales and life in general.
- May consider industry experience in waste / recycling if somebody is a sales person, rather than advisory or technical.

ROLE INFORMATION;
- Sales of recycling equipment accessories, lease purchases contracts, rental / service contracts.
- A new business focused sales role.
- Managing client accounts for a 12 month period beforehand over to the support teams.
- Selling in to Public Sector, SME's and Blue Chip Companies and industries such as Retail, Manufacturing, Packaging, Logistics Distribution.
- Selling in to any sector that produces high volumes of clean waste and that has to be / wishes to be Environmentally friendly (cardboard, plastic, glass waste etc).
- Working to extremely achievable revenue targets of £20k across a 4 week period.
- Dealing with sales ranging from £5-25k per order.
- Generally expected to bring on 2/3 deals per month in an extremely buoyant market.
- This is NOT a technical or advisory role - it is a sales role.
- To join a major global group who boast the biggest market share in their sector.
