Description: CVS Caremark is currently seeking a talented, innovative and experienced sales professional to join our Specialty Field Sales team supporting the BioTech disease state in the Central Region. The Central Territory includes: Illinois and Milwaukee.Individual must reside, within territory, preferably in Chicago with immediate access to airports and transportation. The Territory Sales Executive is dedicated to selling and promoting CVS Caremark Specialty Pharmacy Services to provide patients with a competitive and supportive pharmacy team. The TSE will sell to key targeted physician, medical clinics and community hospitals. The TSE will work independently to formulate and execute effective marketing plans in the designated territory. Success is measured through % to sales goal metrics, internal and external client satisfaction and success of aligned Inside Sales Representative. Duties: Responsible for creating and executing sales and marketing strategy for designated region. Sells CVS Caremark Specialty Pharmacy Services through targeted physicians/physician groups, medical clinics, and community hospitals. Responsible for pre-call plans to meet targeted health care professionals? needs. Fosters ongoing trust through relationship management and provides accurate and timely follow-up discussions. Responsible for developing and maintaining contacts with referral sources including, but not limited to, social workers, nurses, doctors or any other hospital personnel in the designated marketing region. Cultivates open network and new referral sources, such as physician practices or service organizations that could increase sales for CVS Caremark Specialty Pharmacy. Leads participation in hospital events, support groups, seminars and related workshops which would contribute to the enhancement of the employer's business. Assist with development of marketing presentations on an as needed basis. Develop and maintain effective relationships with appropriate agencies; Insurance and Managed Care entities in targeted market as designated by the Regional Director, Sales. Performs all Company business in accordance with all regulations (e.g., HIPPA, SOX, EEO, FDA, DEA, OSHA, PDMA, EPA, PhRMA, etc.) and Company policy and procedures. Demonstrates high ethical and professional standards with all business contacts in order to maintain CVS Caremark?s excellent reputation within the healthcare community.
