Territory Sales Manager
Job Summary:
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for customers in their assigned area assigned with the objective of increasing sales or optimization of the products defined in the Business Plan. MUST have stone (granite, marble, etc.) experience. The Territory Sales Manager ultimately responsible for the customer accounts and meeting sales budgets for the designated area.
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED Required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred
5 years of sales experience preferred
Required Skills:
· Demonstrated ability to interact and build value-based relationships with customers
· Previous sales experience.
· Knowledge on the construction industry.
· Negotiation Ability
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer.
· Experience creating and managing sales budgets per customer.
· Ability to teach product knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
- Visits to customers / potential customers according to planning.
- Managing Customer relationship: expectations, needs, concerns, etc., in order to encourage the consumption and sale of new products.
- Updating SAM with customer visits / information.
- Develop key content of promotional visits.
· Training on the features and attributes of the product.
· Delivery of marketing materials assigned to the client according to their value (segmentation).
· Communicate and manage the ”Display Policy.”
- Streamlining the sales and marketing work through the promotion and facilitation of visits by the client to Cosentino Centers.
- Maximizing the use of these facilities as exhibitions of the Cosentino´s products
- Engaging actively in the opportunities offered by the organization of activities, events and other resources offered by the Center in collaboration with those responsible for Trade marketing.
- Penetrate geographic area with Cosentino core products.
