Job Title:        Territory Sales Manager (East England/South East and Midlands/North)
Location:        Home Working, Expected in Office Twice Per Week
Salary:           £30,000 Base Salary + £6,000 Car Allowance + Realistic 1st Year OTE 60k Uncapped

Established over 20 Years ago, Our client is a leading provider of Engineering software solutions, encompassing 3D CAD, analysis software and data management software solutions. With offices across the South East, North and London they specialise in selling to vertical markets including General Engineering, Manufacturing and Aerospace, both to SME and Enterprise Level businesses.

Role:
Due to expansion and growth, our client are looking to recruit a new Territory Sales Manager to join our growing Sales Team. We are looking for candidates who live and breathe success, you will enjoy the buzz that comes with closing a deal and relish in the challenges that you will face. You will be expected to represent the business within a pre-defined geographic territory (1 x West Midlands and further north from Staffs to Wigan, 1 x East England covering Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire, Greater London, Kent)  leveraging additional business from managing existing clients, and prospecting for new business opportunities to expand the UK customer-base. The role will be based from the field, with an expectation to commute to your regional office twice per week.  

Profile required:

We are keen to receive applications from candidates with the following profile:

•    Ideally a Degree in an Engineering or a related discipline
•    Minimum 2 Years sales experience required selling business solutions to vertical markets such as General Engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace
•    Ideally experience selling related software solutions such as CAD, Simulation Software, PDM, FEA, CFD – though any technology sales experience with a related Engineering Degree will be considered.
•    Will also consider candidates from an Engineering Recruitment background who are now looking to move into a field sales roles
•    A Consultative Sales Approach is a must have
