Test Engineer 1 Job in Landover, Maryland Us
Northrop Grumman is seeking a Test Engineer 1 to work on a large Program in Landover, MD. A successful candidate will design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment. Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices. Provides test area with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed. Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements. Responsible for testing all customer samples and for special tests that cannot be performed in the test area.
This position requires a TS/SCI with a CI polygraph.
This position is within walking distance of the New Carrollton Metro/Amtrak/MARC station.
Basic Qualifications:
A Bachelors degree 1 year experience in addition to the following: Knowlege of Apple Operating Systems and applications running on the Apple OS. Knowledge of networks and distributed computing. Good communications skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
