TAD PGS is seeking a Test Engineer 4 to join our team of qualified individuals the position is located in Fort Meade, Maryland. The qualified applicant will become part of TASC's contract supporting the JITCrsquo;s Enterprise Service Portfolio with a primary focus on Test and Evaluation (TE) of Department of Defense (DoD) Enterprise Services programs and systems across all TE disciplines ( Developmental Test (DT), Operational Test (OT), Interoperability (IOP), and Information Assurance (IA)) Must have a SECRET clearance. Roles and Responsibilities: * Identify and develop new DoD Enterprise-level test requirements, strategies and methodologies for TE of customer-developed Enterprise-based programs and systems in preparation for fielding. * Provide specialized subject matter expertise to provide guidance in strategy design to successfully accomplish DoD Enterprise-level test and evaluation activities across all TE disciplines. * Identify and develop overarching, integrated DoD Enterprise-level risk assessment approaches, configuration process controls, schedule tracking and other needs and reporting activities including tracking dashboards. * Synchronize, and ensure a level of standardization across customer TE efforts with the end-goal of DoD Enterprise-level fielding. * Provide specialized subject matter expertise necessary to develop customer test requirements, Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Concept of Operations (CONOPS) documentation, from an enterprise perspective, suitable to support test objectives while assuring the most operationally relevant TE environment possible and leading to successful DoD Enterprise fielding and sustainment. * Advise customer in developing test requirements, strategies, methodologies and instrumentation for testing of the DISA Enterprise Test Environment (under development) and for testing of enterprise services in it once it is operational. * Keep abreast of and provide guidance on the latest commercial and SOA concepts, DoD Enterprise processes, test and evaluation strategies, methodologies and instrumentation for incorporation into JTA processes to improve efficiencies. * Provide specialized subject matter expertise to JITC and customers concerning the maneuvering through DoD TE regulatory and statutory requirements, to include but not limited to certification, to ensure decision authority expectations are met. * Support Integrated Product Teams (IPT)/Working-level Integrated Product Teams (WIPT) at customer site or via teleconference * Conduct data analysis, prepare test reports, and support test results briefings. Required Skills To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below: * Masterrsquo;s degree from an accredited institution in a professional engineering or computer science discipline. * At least 10 years experience in a field directly related to the roles and responsibilities (i.e. computer engineering or computer science). * Experience with enterprise services TE requirements development (supporting the ldquo;testing as a servicerdquo; concept) and testing as opposed to those of traditional systems-based testing in either the commercial or public sector. * Demonstrated experience in the engineering/development, TE and fielding of enterprise services in the commercial and/or public sector. * Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Enterprise-based service development, test and evaluation across all test disciplines (DT, OT, IOP and IA). * Demonstrated knowledge and experience in TE strategy and methodology development for enterprise services deployment in the commercial and/or public sector. * Thorough knowledge and understanding of various types of testing including developmental/functional, validation, interoperability, operational and information assurance, and their applicability in an enterprise services environment * Thorough knowledge and understanding of complying with Federal and DoD regulatory and statutory requirements. * Demonstrated experience in working in diverse multi-discipline teams to successfully accomplishing large-scale efforts. * Demonstrated experience in clearly communicating complex ideas verbally and in writing to project management, budgetary, technical and senior-level personnel throughout a large organization.
