As a QA Test Engineer with Technical Background, located in Chicago, IL, you will fulfill your strong interest in web application testing by performing functional testing, regression testing, exploratory testing and other testing methodologies. You will have the opportunity to play an integral part in transitioning manual test cases to an automation framework being developed in house. Of utmost importance is your interest in software technology and software testing paired with your analytical thinking, technical acumen, and knowledge of test case creation. Your superior written and verbal communication skills will allow you to document the features you tested and the bugs that you found, and then report them to key stakeholders in the project. Success in this role will not only improve the quality of our application, it will lead to continued professional growth within our organization. Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.
