THEIR OPPORTUNITY – The driving objectives for this position include conducting design and process FMEA’s, assuring products adhere to design standards and assisting in reducing warranty cost as a % of net sales. You will be directly involved with accelerated life testing to support improved reliability and extend product lifecycles. You will work directly with Purchasing and Engineering to ensure quality standards and specifications of purchased components meet or exceed quality standards. You will work closely with Design Engineering on reviews and analysis to ensure that quality, design, safety and customer required performance standards are built into the product.  Much of this will involve major product upgrades and enhancements. You will also play a lead role with engineering and quality in conducting root cause analysis in solving design or product performance issues. You will have the opportunity to work with all products manufactured by our client.

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE:

·         Four Year Degree in an engineering field

·         Experience with accelerated life testing, FMEA, and cost analysis

·         Working knowledge of and experience with electronics
