Test Lead- E-TRADING
A leading Financial Services sector client now requires a Test Lead- E-TRADING to lead team of Test Analysts, owning the delivery of allocated testing ensuring that the solution meets the business requirements, is fit for purpose from an end user perspective and is risk based, in line with the agreed test strategy and plans. The Test Lead- E-TRADING be responsible for the line management, development and motivation of a team of Test Analysts. The ideal Test Lead- E-TRADING will have the following skills:
-MUST have at least two years E-TRADING experience
-At least four years experience leading teams
-MUST have RECENT FINANCIAL SERVICES experience
-Effective communication that engages staff and encourages them to maximise their value add
