Test Lead/Manager recruitment
The client is an international wholesale and investment bank which has a successful presence in Asia includingChina,Hong Kong,Japan,Malaysia,Singapore,IndonesiaandIndia. It is looking for a Test Lead to join its IT Systems and Development department, to manage testing activities and ensuring high quality testing approach.
Role responsibilities:
- Prepare Test Plans and coordinate integration testing / user acceptance testing of applications.
- Ensure a consistent and high quality approach to testing is adhered to within the department.
- Provide guidelines for project manager regarding test requirements
- Provide test principles and procedures to development team
- Define test scenarios for integration and UAT.
- Responsible for coordinating the setup and configuration of test environments.
- Promote test management principles and methods.
- Coordinate test sign-off and test result reporting.
- Define test scripts, coordinate and run tests including the review/analysis of test output.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree relevant to Information Technology
- At least 7 years in testing and test management, and have experience of working within cross functional projects.
- Experience of managing test processes across all areas of testing and have the ability to analyze complex requirements.
- Good understanding of banking products(e.g. Loans, FX/MM and Derivaties, Reporting)
- Strong understanding on test methologies and testing tools including Test Director.
- Experience with vendor implementation
- Great communication skill, written and spoken in English.
