Test Manager – Leading Investment bank – New York recruitment

My client is a Tier 1 investment bank in the City, New York. The firm has a great reputation for its focus on innovation and cutting edge technology, unparalleled track record and success in the market. Through continued expansion in the both the London and Hong Kong offices the firm is seeking a Test Manger to build an regulate the growth for a new testing team in New York to cover expected and current growth in the USA. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in and implementing an agile environment as well as significant experience in a Test Management capacity and is not adverse to hands on testing. Due to the high business/financial exposure within the team, the chosen candidate will ideally have deep financial experience, most particularly of the equities or equities options space. Ideally the candidate will also have prior experience of building new testing teams and identifying a suitable test strategies within a high growth/ output environment. As well as expertise in a wide range of testing methodologies, you will need good technical expertise and be comfortable leasing with heads of department on or offshore on a regular basis. You will report directly to the head of the exchange connectivity group in London and work alongside a Programme manager.
