Test Manager – Manual & Automated – Post Trade Technology – Tier One IB recruitment
Our tier one investment banking client are currently recruiting for a test manager to join their OTC derivatives team. The team forms part of the post trade technology group responsible for the provision of systems providing settlement, accounting, confirmation, reconciliation, cash management and Fixed Income functionality to the businesses across the bank.
They are now implementing an agile approach to delivery and the teams will be split into smaller numbers with a dedicated test manager to each team. This role is to become the test manager for one of these teams within the OTC derivatives space and manage the test team. Whilst the majority of the testing is functional, manual, they are keen to automate all their processes where possible, so it keenly sought that you have automated testing experience.
There will be a hands on element to the role, but the majority of your time will be spent managing the testing where there may be tight release deadlines and the whole team needs to be hands on in order to meet these timescales.
