Test Manager, Permanent, Banking, Zürich, Switzerland recruitment
In this role you will be working closely with both mid-office and back-office business specialists, as well as internal and external teams. In more detail you will be managing a dynamic QA function, whilst supporting change-programs and standard release IT functions on a global scale.
Your key responsibilities can be summarized as follows:
• Responsibility for test preparation and execution, tracking and reporting
• Defining test plans and schedules
• Manage, monitor and measure progress during whole project lifecycle
• Review and approve test deliverables
• Coordinate involved stakeholders
• Incident and risk management
• Ensure test reports
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
• At least 5 years IT testing experience (Test manager or coordinator)
• QA project/delivery management
• Solution delivery lifecycle and QA understanding
• Financial background (FX an advantage)
• Outsourcing experience and agile development methodologies
• Sound documentation and communication skills
• Technical leadership
As you will be working in an international and hence English speaking environment, solid English skills both written and oral are mandatory.
