TEST MANAGER – RETAIL BANKING FOCUS recruitment
IMMEDIATE STARTER REQUIRED
We are looking for a seasoned professional, with outstanding project management and team leading capabilities, strong project planning, monitoring and resource balancing skills and the ability to support multiple simultaneous projects in a matrix organizational structure.
You will be an experienced Test manager with more than 6-8 years experience in Software Quality Assurance, manual and automated Testing with knowledge of automated test tools – particular exposure to NFC and Vision+ is important for this role.
You will also excel at communicating with stakeholders to provide accurate reporting and information regarding the ongoing projects and initiatives and be experienced in coordinating, negotiating and motivating outside vendors and off-shore resources in support of timeline and IT project deliverables.
