Our client's IT systems help support the trading of items such as derivatives swaps and fixed income products. As one of two tiers 1 preferred suppliers we are looking for a contract Test Manager with strong derivatives / Swaps business knowledge. Project Management skills are essential, as the successful candidate must plan and execute testing projects.
The Programme Test Manager will be responsible for managing testing activities across all projects in both the IT and business teams. The role provides a single point of contact for all testing activities. This role involves managing test specialists and analysts perform the testing on IT Development projects. So you have a good understanding of the business and technical aspects of the product.
Skills
- Extensive experience in test management, test analysis, design, and execution.
- Extensive Business knowledge, Investment Banking, Trading Lifecycle, Swaps, Derivatives
- Planning of Test Reports
- Creation and management of testing teams / mentoring more junior members
- Knowledge and Experience with RUP, Test Director, V Model System Development Models
- Provision of quality Management and performance reports
- Project Management skills
- Interest Rate Derivatives Knowledge
