Test Stubs and Harness Specialist
- Specialist role focusing on the design, creation and management of test stubs and harnesses
- 1-2 year contract
- Perth Location
- Engage with both the testing, ICT Infrastructure and applications work streams to gain an effective understanding of application interface requirements and schemas
- Design, develop and maintain effective Test Stubs and Harnesses to support testing of the solution
- Ensure they are appropriately tested, functioning and controlled through change, release and configuration Management
- Define the processes and procedures for effective implementation, activation and utilisation of the tools
- Produce fully functioning Test Stubs and harnesses spanning numerous applications and ICT Infrastructure, through analysis of test scripts
- Participate in Customer and Supplier workshops to fully understand end user requirements
- Assist and carry out day to day testing duties
- Experience in development of test stubs and harnesses for commercial “off the self” applications
- ISTQB/ISEB Certification
We currently require a Test Stubs and Harness Specialist to work with our client, a global ICT services organisation, on a large program of work in WA.
This is a contract role, expected to run for the next 9-12 months, with a possible extension to 2 years, and involves the design, creation and management of test stubs and harnesses. This will facilitate the testing of a series of cutting edge applications and ICT Infrastructure, as part of a complex ICT solution.
