Testing Manager – Transfer Agency recruitment
Developing new and innovative Financial Products and Products Offerings across the Globe is what our client is renowned for. They are to the fore front of technological development in terms of their products offerings within Institutional Banking. With that in mind they are currently keen to develop their core offering further with the enhancement of their Operations Team with a Testing Manager across their Transfer Agency Business.
Some of the Major Responsibilities include:
- Develop detailed Test Strategy for the Programme of work including Platform upgrade and implementation of the new Operating Model
- Develop an understanding of EMEA Transfer Agency strategy and Operating Model, in order to ensure that the testing strategy is delivered in line with and to enhance our operating processes and service offering
- Create a detailed internal and joint testing plan across all phases of the Programme both with internal stakeholders and with the Client
- Co-ordinate implementation of the test planning, preparation and execution with Citi test teams in EMEA andIndiadirectly with off-shore testing teams;
- Maintain compliance with Global UAT Testing Methodology
- Identify resourcing requirements and follow established procedures for the securing of resources
- Co-ordinate with project resources to deliver to the testing plan
- Act as key point of contact for the Client for all matters arising related to the Testing Strategy and detailed Test plan
- Communicate effectively with internal technology partners or external technology vendors in order to manage the co-ordinated testing plan
- Manage the coordinated Defect Management process with Technology partners ensuring that all defects are reported, analysed and escalated where necessary
- Provide daily and weekly status reports at all stages of testing utilising Citi testing tools and standards
- Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions

The successful candidate will have gained at least 6 years Transfer Agency experience and will have worked across numerous project previously. You will also have well defined Business Analysis skills and will demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills as well.
